People are saying that our generation is gonna be the last one that takes life on earth for granted and does not do anything in return. I so hope this is true. If there’s no hope for us to change our attitude towards the planet we’re living on, let at least give our kids the chance to change it and make it a better place to live. We’ve already started the changes, changes that hopefully our kids will continue to develop. But we have to teach them. So why not start with the earliest of age. It’s the present’s season anyway, so instead of getting your kid some expensive video game or the next useless toy, get them something like that - a kit to teach children about the environment and renewable energy sources, Power House: Sustainable Living in the 21st Century Science Kit. It is something that’s gonna keep them busy and entertained while they also learn how to help our planet.
• Build a model of the ultimate “green” house - energy efficient and self-sustaining
• Complete house kit includes windmill, greenhouse and desalination system
• Includes more than 70 experiments and 20 building projects
• Build and operate an electric train, solar cooker, solar hot water tank, electric motor, sail car and more
• Includes 96-page illustrated experiment book
And even if it is a present for your kid, for sure this is gonna be interesting for you, too. And, unlike other products of science made for kids, this one really encourage them to appreciate the environment.

There’s nothing better looking than a neat and tidy front yard with a well kept path going through it. You know like the ones we see in the movies. Well if yours is one of those you’ve achieved the every housewife’s dream. Now to the next step…sometimes it is not enough to be perfect you have to be more interesting than the others. And you can be with these glow in the dark pebbles. They are perfect for outlining your path. Look at the picture and tell me they don’t look adorable. The pebbles look just like ordinary ones during daytime when they charge and then can glow up to 6 hours at night making your garden path stand out before everyone else in the neighborhood. So if you’re like me and always wanted to put those neighbors of yours and their pretty looking houses in your pocket I just can’t think of better way to do it.

As much as I want to make this review as informative as possible, that’s gonna be kinda hard. I’m sure there are many things you don’t know about the salt and pepper shaker sets…the truths is if you don’t know them I suppose I don’t, too. Anyway the reason why I’m showing you this particular set of salt and pepper shaker is because it is the cutest one out there…well, according to me it is. And it’s interesting and modern looking too. So no more boring ugly looking sets, right…you should upgrade to this one as soon as possible…I mean – look at it…it’s adorable. The two figures are ceramic and approximately 2’’ tall. I don’t think there’s much more to be said. If I’ve missed something, I’m sorry. Oh, and again the credits go to www.vat19.com.

See, there’s one unwritten rule when it comes to kitchen interior (to tell you a secret there are so many unwritten rules, your head’s gonna spin) and it says that you can’t have a high tech, down to the finishing touches kitchen and put an ugly woodblock knife holder. No, no, no it’s just not right…especially with all of the new and unique things the market is full of. So as model citizens you know you have to obey the rules…just go and get yourself some wacky knife holder to replace the old wooden one. So to make it easy on you here’s the craziest thing I found out there. There’s no need of explanation about it I hope. All I can tell you is that whenever someone walks into your kitchen and sees it there, they’re gonna want one too. It’s totally eye catchy…and how it won’t be when it looks like stabbed person. Simply brilliant. And if you wish, after you get it, you can always name it after your “favorite” person. Oh, and guess what…it actually goes with the knives. And also in 2 more colors – chrome and black. Are you on your way to the store yet?

We’ve seen many different types of wine racks. And for many of you they are of no interest…you either don’t like wine, or you do but not so much to actually build a rack for it, or you have one and have no interest of changing it. If that’s the case simply skip the next review. And for all the others here’s what I dug up for you. You know how the normal wine racks work…they always need to be near a wall…either suspended on it or rested against…this one is nothing like that. It is absolutely portable and not only that but is also cut in pieces. The pieces are absolutely identical except for their color. Each piece can hold up to three bottles. Get as many pieces you want in any color you like and stack them on top of each other. Just be careful to build a strong foundation or you risk many broken bottles. There’s nothing else to say. It’s simply one very interesting multicolored appliance that’s gonna create more vivid atmosphere in your home.

Here’s another thing some of you may find totally useless, but others will just race to get it. Let’s say you’re a bike lover and desperately want your kid to like biking too. To achieve that you should introduce him/her to that sport in very early age (if there’s no attraction to it till they become teenagers you should probably stop trying). But introducing a toddler to biking can be a little difficult, not to mention quite dangerous…so why not getting something safer. Like this little Kawasaki all terrain vehicle. It uses push-button operation for easy stop-and-go traveling while your kids are totally safe and comfortable to ride around in your garden. There is even a storage compartment up front for them to store their toys, while a cup holder works great for storing a bottle of milk. The ride has a top speed of 2mph so don’t worry about them getting too far for short time. I bet they’re gonna have fun until it’s time to get them their first real bike. The only problem you may have here is them not willing to give up the Kawazaki once they get used of riding in style.

Does your kid spend most of his/her time in front of the TV? If yes, you might as well get him/her something that they can actually exercise with. And what’s cooler than the Jet Ski. If they never heard of that type of sport they’ll fall for it the moment they see it, if they have - try and deny they don’t like it. If you really wanna make them happy you can do it with the Jet Ski simulator. This thing is so cool even you’re gonna want to try it…and you can but only if you’re under 110 pounds (am I censing a new motive for loosing weight?), if you’re over that weight…sorry. Still, the kids will be happy for sure. Wanna see what it is all about:
“The Jet Ski Video game requires a lot of full body exercise because once you climb aboard the inflatable Jet Ski you will be bouncing and jouncing around just like real wave riders. This game helps kids get a workout while experiencing the fun of a jet ski! Features wireless game controls built into the Jet Ski racer and realistic 16-bit graphics. The controls have a tilt sensor to react to the rider’s movements — simulating acceleration and braking. Just plug the console into the TV and all the action is right there on the screen. Players can master each of the 6 arcade games.

Alarm clocks sure get a high spot in the most hated household goods chart. I even don’t think I know anyone that actually likes alarm clocks. But there’s no way we can go without them. There’s always the need of this gadget to rudely wake us up in the morning so we can get up and start another day. So since we have to have them in our home I decided to show you something a little bit more different than the ordinary hateful alarm clocks. Who knows…this particular one may change your opinion, and slowly turn you into an alarm clock liker until you reach he point where you no longer feel the urge of smashing the thing in pieces after the tenth wakey beep. The Aurora color changing alarm clock is encased in gorgeously tactile translucent rubber that quietly changes color on the hour - every hour or whenever you decide since it’s in you power to adjust the color change. And if you ever get bored from the light show a tab is all it takes to turn it off. The backlit LCD screen is perfectly designed so even if you wake up at 2 in the morning you don’t need to squint to tell the time. There’s no way you won’t fall for this thing. So if you haven’t permanently changed the alarm clock with your cell phone and you got bored with your old one or, as it usually happens, if you’ve already busted your old clock and desperately need a new one…get this one. I bet it will make you happy.

There are plenty and plenty, and plenty of wacky toilet paper rolls nowadays it makes you wonder how can they even think of something else…but they always do…they always come up with something even wackier than the last thing you saw. Oh, well. I can’t say if this is wackier than he tp you design yourself or the black “stylish” one but it certainly is the most creative and interesting one I come across lately. And you know…sudoku…half the world is using their spare time (some even work time) trying to fill up the numbers correctly…and you can guess the most commonly attended place in the spare time…so why not solving puzzles even there? At least next time you won’t occupy the morning paper, too. Although you have to admit the newspaper comes in handy if you find yourself in the situation with the tp all gone. There’s no way you can decide that problem with the sudoku paper. But at least you’ll have way more fun than reading about the next murder case. I just hope they made those sudoku riddles easier…imagine how much time you’ll spend in there if they’re haven’t.

This is one of the coolest things I stumbled on lately. Especially if you have kids. Every single kid goes through the “scared of the dark” period while they grow up. And they always want the night lamp switched on before (and sometimes after) they go to sleep. And you know how hard it is to explain to them that there are no real monsters under the bed or inside the closet. Well, you can bump your heads against the wall every night chasing monsters or simply get this cool thing. When the petals are open it works as a regular lamp but when they are closed the light simply dims so the kids can go to sleep knowing that it’s not gonna be a complete darkness in their room. It will probably spare you one or two more bedtime stories. It’s really creative and to tell you the truth I have no idea how it works and what or who decides whether the petals should be open or closed. And the other bad thing is that it’s not on the market yet but still in process of making and perfection. It is a great idea though and I bet it is gonna be a huge success when it actually gets out on the market. I so hope this is soon.
